Mr. Parmigiani has over 35 years of information systems and management experience in both the public and private sectors. He is a nationally recognized expert in HIPAA compliance, a frequent speaker at national conferences on Health Care data privacy and security and was the government chair for the HIPAA Security Rule and one of the architects of HIPAA Administrative Simplification.
Linda Flynn & Associates provides health care consulting services with particular emphasis in laboratory, including hospital and commercial programs. Key areas of expertise include performance improvement, business and strategic plan development, outreach marketing and sales, billing and compliance, and financial modeling with return on investment analyses. Clientele include academic medical centers, children’s hospitals, community-based hospitals, and commercial laboratories. LS Flynn & Associates is led by Linda S. Flynn, Principal. Ms. Flynn, a Six Sigma Green Belt with a BS in Medical Technology, MS in Immunohematology/ Transplant, and MBA, is a seasoned consulting professional with over twenty-five years of health care management and consulting experience.
Paul Kirvan specializes in enterprise risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, security, compliance, emergency management, telecomm/IT auditing, technical writing/editing, and public speaking. With more than 30 years experience, he has been directly involved with dozens of business continuity, security, compliance, IT audit, emergency management and technology consulting projects. Mr. Kirvan is a member of the board of The Business Continuity Institute and member of the board and secretary of the BCI’s USA Chapter. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Fellow of the BCI (FBCI) and Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP).
